Durable Matt is a high-quality acrylic copolymer-based emulsion paint designed for both interior and exterior applications. It delivers a smooth, matt finish and is suitable for concrete, gypsum, and wooden surfaces following proper preparation. The product is especially useful as a final coating layer in concrete building projects. It provides excellent coverage, strong adhesion, and high color retention, while meeting standard specifications (2016/470).

This paint is known for its resistance to weather, ultraviolet rays, water, and alkaline conditions. It does not yellow over time, has minimal odor, and is free from volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde, and APEO, making it safe and environmentally friendly. The physical properties include a solid content of 65%, a theoretical spreading rate of 11–13 m²/L, and a drying time of 30 minutes to surface dry, with a full recoat time of four hours.

Proper application involves cleaning and preparing the surface, potentially using a sealer and putty from Riyadh Paints for best results. It can be applied with a roller, brush, or spray gun, and should be diluted with fresh water depending on the tool. The paint should be used in suitable environmental conditions and stored sealed, away from heat and sunlight, with a shelf life of two years.
